Community Leadership Program
Since 1977, Leadership Evansville has trained over 1,500 individuals representing hundreds of companies and organizations in our community.

Upcoming Class Dates:
June 2008 Community Leadership Class - June 10-12, 2008
This Community Leadership program is a 3-day, 2-night retreat usually held in New Harmony, Indiana.  Participants are required to attend the entire retreat (Check-in at 8am on day 1; depart at 4pm on day 3).

October 2008 Community Leadership Class - October 22-24, 2008

Leadership Evansville Program Curriculum--Skills for 21st Century Leaders

Leadership Evansville's program is designed for our whole community -- individuals as well as businesses and organizations. Our partnership with the Indiana Leadership Initiative connected us with today's top leadership experts. LE programming was researched, tested, evaluated and refined. It continues to be emulated by leadership programs around the country because it is cutting-edge, consistent with best practices, and as our graduates report, it makes a difference.

While LE's mission to develop effective community leaders remains paramount, leadership opportunities and responsibilities aren't confined to one dimension of your life. So our curriculum focuses on skills you can use anywhere to help people and teams get better results, whether it's at work with colleagues and clients, for a board or community organization, within your family and circle of friends, or in a neighborhood, community or school project. Participants learn to practice new skills in real settings, report results, and apply their learning.

The LE calendar offers you options. You may choose the session most
convenient for your schedule - Fall, Winter or Summer.

Those who experience the program learn that they can be 21st Century Leaders who make a difference. And they do.
